At TLC Sutter Home, we've been dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities since 1960. Formerly known as the Blankenship Home, Jim and Kris Sutter took over in 2009, bringing their passion for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. Our goal is to ensure that our residents not only receive the highest level of care but also have the opportunity to be respected and active members of the community.
